PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.

We're excited you're joining us for the Christmas Markets this December. Before you book your spot, please take a few minutes to read through these terms. We want everything to be clear and upfront, so there are no surprises, just a magical trip through Germany and France.

By submitting a deposit or any payment to Just Travel With Sandy, LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full, on behalf of yourself and any guests included in your booking. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Traveler") and Just Travel With Sandy, LLC ("We," "Us," "Our," or the "Company").

1. Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your place on this trip. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of your deposit and a completed booking form. The deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal illness, change of plans, flight disruptions, failure to obtain required travel documentation, or any other reason whatsoever.

2. Payment Schedule

The total trip price is $6497.00 per person. After the initial $500 non-refundable deposit, the remaining balance may be paid as follows:

Option 1 - Full Payment:
• Remaining balance of $ 5997.00 due by October 1, 2026

Option 2 - Two Instalments:

• First instalment of $2,998.50 due by August 1, 2026

• Second instalment of $ 2998.50 due by October 1, 2026

All payments are in U.S. Dollars. Failure to meet any payment deadline may result in cancellation of your booking without further notice. In that event, any payments made are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 4.

3. What's Included & Not Included
Your trip price includes:

• 7 nights accommodation in boutique hotels, including breakfast

• Accompanied visits to all handpicked Christmas markets

• All transfers mentioned in the itinerary

• Entrance fees to all scheduled attractions

• Services of a professional German-speaking tour leader

• All meals in highly rated local restaurants

• Expert German and French-speaking guide

• Personalized recommendations and on the ground support throughout your journey

• Pre-trip preparation call

Not included:

• International flights to/from Frankfurt

• Transfers between Frankfurt Airport and your hotel in Wiesbaden on arrival, and between your Frankfurt hotel and Frankfurt Airport on departure

• Travel insurance (strongly recommended - see Section 9)

• Gratuities • Meals not specified in the itinerary

• Alcoholic beverages are not included, except for select group dinners where specified (e.g., farewell dinner).

• Personal items, souvenirs, and laundry services

• Passport fees, • ETIAS travel authorization fee, if applicable

• Any other items not specifically listed above

4. Cancellation by Guest

We understand that plans can change. Due to the nature of group travel and pre-booked accommodations, the following cancellation terms apply:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected]. The effective date of cancellation is the date the written request is received. The following policy applies:

• Deposit ($500): Non-refundable at all times, regardless of reason or timing

• Cancel before September 30, 2026: full refund of payments made beyond the deposit

• Cancel between October 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026: 50% of the total trip cost is non-refundable

• Cancel on or after November 1, 2026: 100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable

There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy. If we are able to fill your spot with another traveler, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Any promotional discounts (including Early Bird offers) are applied to the total trip price at the time of booking. All refunds are calculated based on the amount paid after discounts have been applied.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. In the event of cancellation, any non-refundable payments may be reimbursed directly to you through your insurance provider, depending on your coverage.

Just Travel With Sandy, LLC is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of your cancellation, including but not limited to flights, visa fees, or travel insurance premiums. Any penalties imposed by airlines or third-party suppliers are the sole responsibility of the Traveler.

Please note: Just Travel With Sandy, LLC does not provide travel insurance or process insurance claims.

5. Cancellation by Operator

Just Travel With Sandy, LLC reserves the right to cancel this trip if a minimum of seven (7) confirmed, fully deposited guests is not reached by October 1, 2026. In the event of such cancellation, all payments made - including the deposit - will be refunded in full within 14 business days.

Just Travel With Sandy, LLC also reserves the right to cancel or modify the trip due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, epidemic outbreaks, government travel bans or advisories, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, war, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to offer a credit or alternative travel dates. A full refund will be issued only if no suitable alternative can be arranged. Just Travel With Sandy, LLC is not responsible for any penalties imposed by airlines or third-party suppliers in connection with such cancellations.

6. Itinerary Changes

The itinerary published on our website and in promotional materials is intended as a guide and is subject to change. Just Travel With Sandy, LLC reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, activities, or schedule where circumstances require, including but not limited to weather conditions, local closures, safety concerns, or events outside our control. Every effort will be made to provide comparable alternatives and to maintain the quality and character of the experience. No compensation will be offered for minor changes.

7. Group Size

This is a small-group journey with a maximum of ten (10) guests. Group size is intentionally limited to ensure a high-quality, personalized experience. A minimum of seven (7) confirmed guests is required for the trip to operate.

8. Activity Level & Physical Requirements

This trip involves outdoor walking on cobblestone streets, uneven market terrain, and varied surfaces in winter weather conditions. Guests should expect extended periods of standing and walking throughout the day, including at outdoor Christmas markets.

By booking this trip, you confirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate in all planned activities without individual assistance. Just Travel With Sandy, LLC and its representatives cannot provide individual assistance for walking, boarding transportation, or other personal needs. Travelers who require such assistance must bring a qualified and physically able companion at their own cost.

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, mobility requirements, emergency contact information, and relevant medications at the time of booking. Any changes to this information must be submitted in writing no later than the final payment due date of October 1, 2026.

Just Travel With Sandy, LLC reserves the right to decline a booking or request medical clearance if there are concerns about a Traveler's ability to safely participate. If a Traveler chooses to opt out of any included activities for any reason once on tour, no refund will be given for that activity.

9. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests. Just Travel With Sandy, LLC strongly encourages you to purchase a comprehensive policy covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, lost or delayed luggage, and travel delays before or shortly after booking.

Emergency medical insurance is particularly important as your personal health insurance may not provide coverage outside the United States. Just Travel With Sandy, LLC is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance. Questions about what travel insurance does or does not cover should be directed to the insurance provider.

10. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport and all required travel documentation prior to departure. Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date of December 12, 2026, and must contain at least two blank pages. A copy of your passport must be submitted to Just Travel With Sandy, LLC at the time of booking registration.

You are also required to submit your arrival and departure flight details to [email protected] no later than the final payment due date of October 1, 2026.

U.S. and Canadian passport holders do not currently require a Schengen visa for this trip. However, the ETIAS travel authorization may be required for eligible travelers by mid-2026. Guests are solely responsible for monitoring and complying with all entry requirements for Germany and France. Just Travel With Sandy, LLC accepts no liability for any guest denied boarding or entry due to inadequate or invalid documentation. Any cancellation resulting from failure to obtain required documents is subject to the standard cancellation policy in Section 4.

11. Arrival, Transfers & Delays

Travelers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to arrive at the designated meeting point at the tour start time. Just Travel With Sandy, LLC will not delay the departure of the group for travelers arriving after the designated start time.

Travelers who are delayed for any reason are responsible for notifying Just Travel With Sandy, LLC as soon as possible and must join the group as soon as practicable at their own expense. No refund will be provided for any missed activities or services due to late arrival.

Airport transfers between Frankfurt Airport and Wiesbaden on arrival, and between your Frankfurt hotel and Frankfurt Airport on departure, are not included in the trip price and are the sole responsibility of each Traveler.

12. Use of Photographs & Video

Photographs and video taken by Sandy Colling, Just Travel With Sandy, LLC tour representatives, or any other representatives of the Company while on tour are the property of Just Travel With Sandy, LLC and may be used in promotional materials, social media, marketing campaigns, and other publications without compensation to the Traveler.

Any Traveler who does not wish to have their photograph or video footage used in promotional materials must advise Just Travel With Sandy, LLC in writing by email to [email protected] no later than the final payment due date of October 1, 2026.

13. Age Requirement

By booking this trip, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. Just Travel With Sandy, LLC does not accept bookings from travelers under the age of 18.

14. Guest Conduct & Removal from Tour

At Just Travel With Sandy, LLC, we’re committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone on the trip. Traveling as a group works best when everyone is aligned in that spirit.

We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave the tour if their behavior significantly disrupts the experience for others, impacts the group dynamic, or poses a risk to their own safety or the safety of others. This may include, but is not limited to:

● Inability to meet the physical requirements of the itinerary

● Ongoing disruption to the schedule or group experience

● Behavior that negatively affects other guests

● Conduct that raises safety concerns

In most situations, we will address concerns directly and aim to resolve them before any further action is taken. However, in cases involving safety, inappropriate conduct, or legal concerns, a guest may be asked to leave the tour without prior notice.

If a guest chooses or is required to leave the trip early, any additional costs incurred (such as transportation, flights, accommodations, or meals) will be the responsibility of the traveler. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the trip.

15. Third Party Suppliers

Just Travel With Sandy, LLC works with independent third-party suppliers including hotels, ground transportation providers, local guides, and activity operators. While we make every effort to work only with reputable and reliable suppliers, Just Travel With Sandy, LLC does not control the actions or omissions of these third parties and is not responsible for any breach of contract, negligence, failure to comply with applicable laws, or any intentional or negligent acts or omissions on their part that result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury to the Traveler.

Just Travel With Sandy, LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any Traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical failures, disease, local laws, weather conditions, or any other actions or conditions outside our control.

16. Force Majeure

Just Travel With Sandy, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters; war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, or insurrection; terrorist activities; government sanctions, blockades, or embargoes; pandemics or epidemic outbreaks; labor disputes or strikes; interruption of utilities or internet services; or illness, accident, or death of a tour representative. In such circumstances, Just Travel With Sandy, LLC will make every reasonable effort to offer alternative arrangements or credits. Refunds in force majeure situations are at the sole discretion of Just Travel With Sandy, LLC.

17. Assumed Risk & Release of Liability

We take great care in planning a smooth, thoughtful, and well-organized experience for you. That said, travel, even a relaxed Christmas market trip, comes with inherent risks. These may include uneven cobblestone streets, winter weather conditions, crowded public spaces, transportation delays, and the general unpredictability of being abroad.

By joining this trip, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and agree to take personal responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing throughout the journey.

Just Travel With Sandy, LLC is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience that may occur during the trip due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to the actions of third-party providers, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

Travelers are also responsible for following guidance provided by Just Travel With Sandy, LLC and local partners, and for making informed decisions that are appropriate for their individual comfort level and abilities. Just Travel With Sandy, LLC is not responsible for any issues that arise when a traveler chooses to deviate from the planned itinerary or participates in activities outside of those arranged as part of the trip.

18. Indemnity

By participating in this trip, you agree to take responsibility for your own actions and decisions throughout the journey.

You agree to indemnify and hold Just Travel With Sandy, LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise as a result of:

● Your participation in the trip

● Your actions or behavior during the trip

● Any violation of local laws or regulations

● Any harm caused to others or damage to property

This includes any claims brought by third parties in connection with your actions while traveling.

19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent not otherwise addressed in these Terms and Conditions, the total liability of Just Travel With Sandy, LLC to the Traveler in connection with this trip shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Traveler to Just Travel With Sandy, LLC for this booking. Just Travel With Sandy, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

20. Dispute Resolution

We always aim to resolve any concerns quickly, personally, and in good faith. If any issue arises during or after your trip, we ask that you contact us directly so we can work together toward a resolution.

If a resolution cannot be reached, any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your participation in the trip will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

22. Governing Law & Attorneys' Fees

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York.

In the event litigation is instituted to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses incurred.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with your booking confirmation and any invoices issued by Just Travel With Sandy, LLC, constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Travel With Sandy, LLC in relation to this trip and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

24. Acknowledgement & Agreement
By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. You acknowledge that this is a legally binding agreement and that you are entering into it voluntarily and with full awareness of its significance.
